Consent is part of the production.
Personalized entertainment only works when people control how their identity is used. We are designing verification, restricted-use permission, private-by-default delivery, deletion requests, and separate publication consent into the service from the beginning.
- Only submit yourself or people who can independently verify their permission.
- Every identifiable adult must consent; minors require a parent or legal guardian.
- Voice cloning is optional and requires separate authorization.
- No public figures, deceptive impersonation, explicit content, or harmful use.
- Public release is never automatic and requires a separate opt-in.

What to know before joining.
Can I really appear in the movie?
The goal is to build a recognizable digital character from reference material you knowingly provide. Current AI can be impressive, but perfect realism and continuity are not guaranteed. We will show you a character test before full production.
Why is this early access?
We are measuring generation cost, production time, avatar consistency, and customer expectations before accepting paid orders. Joining early access does not charge you or guarantee a production date.
What will I need to provide?
Expect to provide clear reference photos or a guided video, a live consent recording, your preferred genre, and basic story preferences. Voice use is optional and requires separate authorization.
Can I submit someone else?
Not without their verified permission. Every identifiable adult must consent separately. A parent or legal guardian must authorize a minor. We will not create celebrity, public-figure, ex-partner, deceptive, defamatory, sexual, or political impersonation content.
Who owns my likeness?
You retain your likeness rights. Any production permission would be limited to creating and delivering the project you approve. Public marketplace publication would require a separate, explicit opt-in.
Are the prices final?
No. These are early estimates, not offers to sell. Final packages and prices will be set after we produce a demonstration film and measure the actual generation and editing cost.
Will my movie be public?
Not unless you separately authorize publication. Early productions are private by default. You may later choose to premiere an eligible finished film on Cinema Marketplace.
How long will production take?
We expect trailers to require several production days and longer shorts to take more time, but we will publish firm turnaround estimates only after completing our demonstration workflow.
